Human Resource Coordinator – Toledo, OH

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation, reporting, coordination and communication of Human Resource functions. Act as liaison between staffing agency and operations staff. Coordinate with management team and staffing agency to ensure maintenance of adequate workforce coverage. New employee orientation. Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining stable and engaged workforce.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reconciliation of the weekly payroll for contingent workforce
  • Act as liaison between staffing agency and operations staff
  • Identify upcoming performance evaluations to management
  • Coordinate disciplinary and performance action plans
  • Coordinate with management team and staffing agency to ensure maintenance of adequate workforce coverage
  • Conduct new employee orientation
  • Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining stable and engaged workforce

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum 3 years HR Experience
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of HR related principles and best working practices and procedures
  • Highly organized and has a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Problem solver with demonstrated initiative and sound judgement
  • Proficiency with MS office applications

SALARY/WAGE RANGE
